Lord Jesus, what do You want to say to me about the way You love Yourself and the way You want me to love myself?
Daughter, you control the level of fear let into your life by what you say about yourself. How much fear gets in is like a sluice gate that you control, and you control it by what you say.
If you punish yourself for failure, you will feel fear. If you don’t forgive yourself for failure, you will feel fear. If you keep reminding yourself of your last failure when I give you another chance, you will feel fear.
If you don’t agree with Me that you should be trusted with the things and assignments that I trust you with, you will feel fear. If you don’t believe in yourself as much as I do, you will feel fear. If you don’t say to yourself, “Elizabeth, My Heavenly Daddy trusts you with this and I agree with Him, so, so do I,” you will feel fear.
Whenever you feel fear, I want you to check yourself for what you’ve been saying to yourself, and whether you have fully forgiven yourself for failure. Even if you think you have, you might still be bringing it up to yourself in an unforgiving way. Just as unforgiveness harbored towards others lets in/opens you up to the demonic, so does unforgiveness towards yourself.
